Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy governs all purchases made on Rate My Body, including one-time credit purchases and subscription plans. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms set forth herein. Rate My Body reserves the right to grant or deny refund requests at its sole discretion, subject to the conditions described below.
2. Credit Purchases
Refunds for one-time credit purchases are available under the following conditions:
- 14-Day Window for Unused Credits: If you have purchased credits and have not used them, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase date. Refund requests submitted after this period will not be eligible under this provision.
- Partially Used Credit Packs: If a portion of your purchased credits has been consumed, any refund issued will be prorated to reflect only the unused balance remaining at the time of the request, less any applicable processing fees. Rate My Body retains sole discretion to determine the refund amount in such cases.
- Fully Used Credits: Credits that have been fully consumed are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
3. Subscription Plans
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis. The following terms apply:
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused days within a paid billing cycle.
- Erroneous or Duplicate Charges: If you believe you have been charged in error or on a duplicate basis, please contact us promptly. We will investigate and, where the error is confirmed, issue a full refund of the incorrectly billed amount.
- Discretionary Refunds: Outside of the above, refund requests for subscription payments will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at Rate My Body's sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed and will depend on the circumstances presented.
4. Discretionary Refunds
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Policy, Rate My Body may, at its sole and absolute discretion, approve refund requests that fall outside the conditions described above. The existence of this discretionary authority does not create any obligation or precedent, and no inference of entitlement to a refund shall be drawn from any prior approval of a refund request by Rate My Body.
Factors that may be considered include, without limitation: technical failures attributable to Rate My Body, documented service outages, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances. Rate My Body's determination in any such case shall be final.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Credits or subscriptions purchased more than 14 days prior to the request date, where no other exception applies
- Credits that have been fully consumed
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
- Purchases made with promotional credits, gifted credits, or other complimentary allowances
6. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please contact us at info@airatemybody.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following information:
- The email address associated with your account
- The date and amount of the purchase
- A brief description of the reason for your request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within five (5) business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on your financial institution.
